Helplines for teens with stress and anxiety
Here are some helplines for teens with stress. So they may help you in case of a high stress level.
These services are offered by government or non-for-profit organizations. And they are staffed by trained people with experience and are often anonymous.
Why should we talk about our stress?
Too much stress? Please talk to someone….
Firstly, it’s no good bottling everything up.
Because it can lead to feeling more and more frustrated, upset or confused. And it can lead us to explode at the wrong time.
Talking with someone with experience may help clear up what’s going on in your head. So it will help you to feel better and work out what to do next.
